Metal Amino Acid Chelates from Lipoproteins
U.S. patent No. 6,323,354
- Zn, Mn, Cu, Fe, CO
- Products are derived from strong base hydrolysis and neutralization of lipoproteins. The source of lipoproteins is fractured cell walls of microbes generated from biological syntheses. The resulting amino acids are mixed with transition metal salts to form the metal amino acid chelates. Fatty acids are resident in the final product originating from the lipoprotein substrate.
